The Liberation of Mimi

I posted an article that discussed Mariah Carey's then upcoming release "The Emancipation of Mimi," which I think anyone familiar with the music scene knows how phenomenally successful has become.  This from an artist whose career was considered on the wane.  I never lost faith in Mariah, I believed that her angel-like voice and songwriting talent were forces that would not be denied and that she was fully capable of an effort like "Mimi."  Someone who is a  true fan sticks with you through the "ups" and "downs," that is the moral of this story.
